Mule Hollow Supply is a distributor to the public for Bio Pet Vet Lab, a division of EDP Biotech Corporation. The lab cannot sell direct to the public and must use distributors.
Once Mule Hollow Supply ships your test kit and you receive it, we have completed our part of the sale. Bio Pet Vet Lab receives, processes and returns your results. Mule Hollow Supply has no say in when your test will be processed.
The anticipated turnaround time from the lab is typically two weeks from receipt of your pet's sample.
