We ship via UPS because UPS provides excellent service as well as shipment tracking.
UPS Service locations may be available if you cannot take home delivery:

We are no longer able to offer shipping via the US Postal Service except for the Dog DNA Test. Consider having your order shipped to your work address or other address if UPS service is not available to your home.
Please note: Due to credit card fraud issues, we are unable to ship to Africa.
This map gives approximate transit times for orders shipped via our standard freight method, UPS Ground Residential (left-click on map image to enlarge).
UPS only counts non-holiday week days in this estimate. So, if you place an order that ships on a Friday, you need to add two days to the estimate the map provides to allow for the weekend.
